In the Himalayas is the tradition of the ancient ones, and their ever evolving, yet eternal, practice of yoga.

This ancient yoga is the unification of body, the physical structure, with speech, the conceptual structure, in the training of the heart/mind.

One begins with learning and practicing the preliminaries; a group of postures and movements that integrate breath and motion.
